1. Who we are and what these terms cover
HandyMax is operated by an individual based in South Korea and provides this website, account service and its own Windows software. Contact: hzm0407@gmail.com. These terms govern our software and account services. A purchase processed by Paddle is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Software licenses do not transfer software ownership or grant rights to resell third-party assets.
2. Products and license scope
Interiors supports interior design and Exhibits supports exhibition design; each offers monthly, quarterly and annual subscriptions. Model Pro provides 3D asset-library management through a one-time perpetual product license including future product updates. Separately priced marketplace assets are not automatically included. The purchased offer and order record define the deliverables. Each product has separate access rights; buying one does not unlock the others.
3. Delivery and compatibility
Delivery is digital through the official product download page and your HandyMax account. Access is enabled after confirmed payment, not merely after a checkout success screen. Before purchase, check the released version, supported Windows and 3ds Max versions, renderer requirements and license scope on the product page. Autodesk 3ds Max and third-party renderers are not included. Products or features marked as preparing for release are not a promise of immediate delivery.
4. Accounts, devices and company seats
Keep your verified email and login credentials secure. A personal base license includes one device unless the purchased offer expressly states otherwise. Additional devices for the same person are not additional employee licenses. Device replacement and company seat assignment follow the relevant product controls. Do not share personal credentials, circumvent licensing or use material without the required rights. Company orders and authorized seat assignments remain separate from personal purchases.
5. Prices, renewal and cancellation
The price, currency, tax treatment, billing period and included devices are shown in the offer and confirmed at checkout. Paddle acts as merchant of record for Paddle transactions. Subscriptions renew until canceled under the purchase terms; a one-time Model Pro license is not a recurring subscription. Use the management link in your Paddle purchase email or Paddle buyer support to stop future renewal. Cancellation and a refund request are different actions; see our refund page.
6. Your work, support and service restrictions
You retain your rights in your own work. Keep backups and test compatibility before relying on software in a production project. For defects or delivery problems, contact support with the product, version and a description; do not send passwords or private keys. A material breach, fraud or security incident may require restricting affected access, with notice and a way to contact us where appropriate. Such action does not remove statutory rights or automatically cancel unrelated product purchases.
7. Mandatory rights and changes
Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact HandyMax first about software issues and Paddle about Paddle billing issues; this does not limit lawful dispute channels. Material policy changes will be identified with a new version and effective date. A new text does not retrospectively change the terms recorded for a previous purchase. Enterprise-specific terms or a separately accepted agreement apply to enterprise services where relevant.
