Enterprise privacy supplement

Version: enterprise-privacy-v1-review · Reviewed: 2026-09-06

1. What this supplement covers

Read this with the general Privacy Policy for HandyMax, operated by an individual in South Korea. Privacy contact: hzm0407@gmail.com. Enterprise records include company names, country, billing contact, membership, role, invitations, seat assignments, contracts, orders and audit facts. Personal account credentials and payment secrets are not company profile fields.

2. Who can see and use company records

Company administrators see only records their assigned role permits. Billing managers manage relevant finance, license managers manage authorized seat functions, and ordinary members see their own permitted assignments. Joining or leaving a company does not transfer unrelated personal purchases to the company. Invitations use the addressed email and must be accepted by its verified holder; they do not create an account on someone’s behalf.

3. Requests, leaving and record retention

Contact HandyMax for personal-data requests and the authorized company representative for membership or seat changes. Leaving a company is different from closing a personal account. Required company contract, payment and audit records are not immediately erased by removing a member. The general privacy retention, provider and international-transfer disclosures apply. Company-specific deletion and archive schedules must be validated before formal activation; removal is not a promise of immediate deletion of all backups.
