1. Company service and the operator
This supplement applies to the HandyMax enterprise account and product-seat service, together with the general Terms of Service. HandyMax is an individual-operated brand in South Korea; contact hzm0407@gmail.com. Opening a company account requires authority to represent that company. A company account is a commercial relationship, not shared login credentials. A feature or payment method marked unavailable is not sold merely because its terms are documented.
2. Members and delegated roles
Every member uses their own verified personal account and must accept the addressed invitation. Invitations alone do not create membership or paid capacity. Owner, administrator, billing-manager and license-manager capabilities differ. The last active company Owner must arrange an accepted ownership transfer before leaving. Company administration does not grant access to unrelated personal orders or product rights.
3. Product seats and devices
Interiors and Exhibits seats are subscription-based; Model Pro seats are permanent product purchases including future product updates. A verified order defines product, quantity, currency, tax, duration and price. An employee seat is separate from an extra device for the same person. Removing a member or releasing an assignment does not automatically refund or reduce purchased capacity. Assignment changes affect the named company and product, not the member’s personal purchases.
4. Billing, cancellation and disputes
The accepted company order or contract determines the payment channel and renewal conditions. Paddle rules apply only to a transaction actually processed by Paddle; a local simulation is not a payment. Contact support and the provider named on the receipt for billing or delivery disputes. General refund information does not create an unagreed enterprise refund guarantee. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
